As a family business with over 90 years of tradition and now run by the 4th generation, we maintain long-term loyalty and partnership with our customers, suppliers and employees.
For us, people count! You won't find any inflexible structures, personnel service providers or temporary work here. As the owners, we stand behind the company and we do it successfully!
This is evidenced by our low fluctuation and employees, some of whom have been working with us for over 30 years.
We value short decision-making processes, flat hierarchies and a team at eye level. Every employee is allowed to participate in decisions and contribute their own ideas.
CAREER AND FURTHER EDUCATION
We show perspectives for professional development with us, from team leaders to authorized representatives, and are happy to support personal further training, such as further training to become a business economist.
Through regular product training, factory visits to our suppliers and sales training, our employees are always up to date.
TRADITION AND INNOVATION
As a family business, tradition is very important to us. We want to shape the future of our company in the long term through sustainable business practices. Our exhibition is continually expanding and currently covers over 5,000 m². This creates new jobs at the same time.
Modern devices and vehicles support our employees in warehouse, shipping or production and protect the environment - for example the use of electric forklifts and digital measurement technology. All of our products are certified to guarantee environmentally friendly production in the source countries and to comply with social standards.
PRODUCTS
“As good as for myself” is the standard we set in our daily work.
We are our own biggest critics and want to give our customers competent advice rather than just selling. Thanks to our own production with the latest CNC machines, we are very flexible and can specifically respond to our customers' wishes and take special structural features into account. We also ensure that the products are of high quality at a reasonable price. In our modern exhibition with over 5,000 m², we advise our customers on all questions about wall and floor coverings and can offer a wide range including accessories. With us you will find all the latest innovations and trends, products at attractive prices and also extravagant floor coverings from well-known manufacturers such as Villeroy & Boch or Versace.
Through regular product training, our employees are always up to date and can provide you with expert advice.
LEISURE AND EMPLOYEE EVENTS
One should celebrate the festivals as they fall!
At employee parties on various occasions, joint visits to Oktoberfest or go-kart races, we switch off from everyday work together and strengthen solidarity.
The joint annual trade fair and factory visits to our suppliers in Italy or Spain also contribute to team building.
Every now and then it happens that people spontaneously fire up the grill together during their lunch break.
